Leadership Transition: A New Chapter for AAS Canada Inc.
We’re excited to share a leadership transition at AAS Canada. Ravi Ramanand has become majority owner following the transition of shares from Vinny and Val Ramanand. As part of this change, Val has stepped down as CEO.
Strategic leadership will continue with Ravi Ramanand and Caroline Harduwar overseeing the operations, growth, and long-term direction to ensure seamless delivery across all AAS Canada divisions. Adam Steinhoff remains a shareholder in AAS Canada and continues to lead Business Development.
The day-to-day leadership will remain with Francesco Fera, Director of Commercial Operations. Francesco will continue to uphold the high standards, service excellence, and complete continuity in our partnership and operations.
